The commercial model, stated once.
Every question below used to be published as undecided. Each one now has an answer, and the answer is recorded in the commercial architecture rather than left to be inferred from a table.
- Three commercial tiers, not four
- Community, Professional and Enterprise. Government and sovereign programmes are served by the Enterprise container. There is no government plan, no sovereign plan and no fourth pricing card: a persona is not automatically a commercial tier.
- Professional price
- $29 per user / month. It is the only published price and the only self-service tier.
- Seat model
- Professional is seat metered. A billable seat is one active person admitted to the organization, whatever their role. Pending invitations are not seats and API keys are not seats. The count follows the membership rather than a number somebody typed once, and nothing refuses the next member for exceeding a purchased quantity.
- Annual pricing
- Not offered at launch. Professional is monthly. No annual rate and no discount is approved, and none is shown. Enterprise and sovereign agreements are negotiated individually and may carry longer terms, which does not create a public rate.
- Enterprise and Government / Sovereign pricing
- Sales led. There is no published price, no minimum, no list rate and no public per-seat formula. Enterprise is deliberately not seat priced, because a seat count is a headcount and a deployment is not.
- What scopes an Enterprise proposal
- Estate size, governed agents and systems, environments, usage, deployment model, isolation, support, service levels, sovereignty requirements and services. These are the variables a conversation starts from. They are not a formula, nothing is metered against them, and no number is published for any of them.
- VerifAIer Me
- Free for launch. There is no personal paid tier, no consumer plan family and no second entitlement authority. Free for launch is not free forever: whether Personal is ever priced will be decided from real usage, not assumed now.
- Usage based billing
- None. Adapters, governed agents, governed systems, governed actions, receipts, policies, API calls and evidence volume are measured where measuring them is useful, and not one of them is billed. There is no included quota to exceed and no overage rate. Measure now, price later.
- Enterprise capabilities
- The seven capabilities listed below sit inside the Enterprise container. That includes Compliance Reports and Passport Exchange. None of them is a separately priced line item.
- RBAC, audit logs and multi-workspace
- Not commercial boundaries. The three roles ship with the organization data plane that Professional carries, assessment and audit history is organization scoped and gated by nothing, and the number of personal workspaces is unlimited on every tier.
- Self-service purchase
- Implemented, proven against a payment sandbox, and not switched on. No live payment account, product, price or webhook exists, so nothing can be bought from a running deployment today. What remains is hosting, not code.
Evidence and verification are never priced. A receipt produced on Community verifies identically to one produced on Enterprise, offline, forever. Charging to check evidence would undermine the one claim this product makes.
What the Enterprise tier actually gates.
Seven capabilities declare REQUIRED_TIERS = ("enterprise",) in the implementation, and the four premium policy packs sit behind the same boundary. This is the whole tier gate, read from the code rather than proposed.

The four premium policy packs, EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF and UAE Sovereign, are gated the same way. The Enterprise Baseline pack is available on every tier.
Evidence and verification are never gated. A receipt produced on Community verifies identically to one produced on Enterprise, offline, forever. Downgrading stops the gated capabilities and revokes nothing you already produced.
What has not been decided yet.
Four commercial questions have no answer today. They are published as questions rather than left to be inferred from a table that quietly omits them. Everything that used to sit here is answered above, by name.

- Self-service signup
- This website has no signup and no sign-in. A deployment now does: an individual can create a Community account on it directly. Community use still needs no account at all for the command line, the MCP server or the browser companion, and has no key and no time limit. The first administrator of an organization is still created by an operator script, and organizations are the Professional layer.
PENDING here means undeclared: nobody has said yet. It is the third value of the maturity vocabulary, and it is not a plan entitlement, not a deployment posture and not a runtime state. A capability can be implemented and still be commercially undeclared, which is why every row that stopped being undeclared moved up the page rather than disappearing from it.

Is VerifAIer really local-first?
Yes. The evidence engine and all assessments run entirely inside your perimeter, no cloud dependency, no external calls and no telemetry.
Which frameworks does compliance cover?
Evidence coverage maps to EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 42001 control packs, with audit-ready export.
Can we deploy in an air-gapped or sovereign environment?
Yes, the same deterministic engine runs from a developer laptop to a sovereign data center.
Can we buy it today?
No. No live payment account, product, price or webhook exists, billing is disabled by default, and there is no invoicing and no licence server. The checkout path itself is implemented and was proven against a payment sandbox, which is not the same thing as being switched on. The tiers above are the commercial boundaries a future offer would use; they are not an order form.
Is there a signup?
Not on this website. Community use needs no account, no key and no time limit, and the first administrator of a self-hosted deployment is created by an operator script rather than by registering here.
Is SSO included with Enterprise?
No. sso and custom_packs are catalog flags with no enforcement point and no implementation. They are named in UNIMPLEMENTED_FEATURES and must not be sold as available.
How do we integrate it?
Twelve production APIs, one official Python client and the vai command line, with deterministic signal export into your existing SIEM, data lake and platforms. Nothing is published to PyPI or npm.
